in a bawl take flour . add 100 ml ghee and soda bi carb . mix well
make a firm dough using water little by little
make small balls . make a groove in between
deep fry on low flame
meanwhile prepare sugar syrup ( 2 threads consistency)
add these fried balushahi into sugar syrup
takeout after 30 minutes
sprinkle cut pieces of pistachios over sugar coated balls
